Our customer is the school or nursery that has registered to take part in a project.
By requesting a 'Welcome Pack' the school or group is not obliged in any way to take part in a project.
Payment for goods must be made by the school within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
iQcards will reprint or refund, as appropriate, any items that are faulty as a result of inaccurate processing or errors in the print production on their part.
Please email iQcards within 30 days of receipt with details of the school, child's name and class name, along with the explanation of the error. All other reprints are at the management's discretion.
Where the school or parent does not correctly complete the required details on the order form, the school will be responsible for contacting the parent to obtain the correct details.
iQcards can only produce their best quality prints if the artwork guidelines are followed carefully. Any artwork that does not comply with the artwork guidelines (most commonly stuck on materials/size/or positioning of important details within 1cm of the edge) will not be processed.
Additional packs of items can only be purchased if at least one original pack has been ordered additional packs must be of the same design as the original pack.
