Frequently asked Questions
Why should our school use iQCards?
iQCards offer the greatest amount of fundraising potential to schools and nurseries in the market place today for greeting cards, gift labels and gift wrap at a service and quality level guaranteed to be second to none.
What happens once our school registers interest with iQcards?
Once a school registers their interest either by phone or via our website, they will immediately be contacted by their dedicated project manager to arrange delivery of a Welcome Pack, they can then discuss in more detail the simple process and fantastic fundraising potential.
Once the school has confirmed that they would like to proceed with the project a registration pack with marketing material and design templates for all pupils will be provided.
What is the latest date that our school can send you the pupil's designs?
iQcards strongly recommend that the school have received and packed the pupil’s designs ready for collection by iQcards by Friday 7th October 2011.
This will give everyone sufficient time to promote the products to parents and ensure that the greatest amount of fundraising is generated for your school.
How long do the items ordered take to produce once the pupil’s designs have been received?
Once we have collected the designs the turnaround time will be 8 weeks maximum, ensuring delivery by the 1st week in December 2011.
All available printed products are produced on a first come first served basis. In general, delivery time is approximately 4-6 weeks.
Can iQcards accept artwork that is not on their template document?
Due to the software and printing methods we can only accept artwork sent on the supplied templates. PLEASE DO NOT photocopy the template as each one has it's own unique reference number.
How do the pupils create the artwork and what do they use?
Pupils can create their designs using paint, pencils, pens, crayons and felt tips ONLY, onto the templates supplied. Any artwork received that incorporates any item that has been stuck or adhered in any way will unfortunately be returned without being printed (please see artwork guidelines for more details).
How does the school package up the pupil's artwork ready for collection by iQcards?
Once the school has confirmed their order, we will send the design templates to the relevant contact. These will be accompanied by Parcelforce returns bags allowing you to package the artwork safely for collection.
The artwork must be collated by year, which is then inserted into the bag ready for IQ to collect. Due to the unique way iQcards supply their design template/order form, no staples or paper clips need to be used when the artwork is collated before sending.
iQcards will be in contact with the organiser and arrange for collection by courier at no cost to the school.
